This building, situated between the small and large circle road of Hasselt, has as main asset its variety of different types of student rooms. Are you on the hunt for a regular student room, a room with its own kitchen or shower or a fully equipped studio, then the Bosstraat got you covered. Also this accommodation in our portfolio offers a pleasant gathering place outside.

This student residence houses 16 student rooms. The regular student rooms share the sanitary and kitchen facilities with a couple of other students. There are 2 kitchens in total and a bathroom on every single floor. Depending on the room type, prices range from 415 EUR to 490 EUR per month. This price incorporates a provision for electricity charges. At the end of your contract, the actual usage gets compared with the estimated usage which will get summarized in a final settlement. All other expenses, such as cleaning services, gas and water consumption, Wi-Fi, garbage collection, etc. are all included in the monthly rental price.

All rooms are equipped with a bed, closet, desk and a private fridge.

DISCLAIMER: for academic year 2024 – 2025, all rooms will receive new furniture. Furthermore, 2 new mutual kitchens will be installed.

Student rooms available as of the first of September 2024. Please note that the attached list of rooms is subject to availability.
