This student residence is located close to Dusartplein and near the campuses of PXL, Hasselt University (UHasselt) and UCLL. The building also offers a spacious shared kitchen with direct access to a large communal outdoor courtyard, creating a pleasant environment where students can cook, relax and socialize.

The residence consists of 21 student rooms spread over four floors. The rooms range in size from 12 m² to 15 m² and are practically furnished to ensure a comfortable student stay in Hasselt. In this building you can choose between Classic rooms (with shared facilities) and Classic+ rooms (with a private kitchenette).

All rooms are furnished and include a bed, desk, wardrobe and several bookshelves. The building features shared showers and toilets on each floor, a communal kitchen, and a cozy inner courtyard where students can meet and enjoy student life together.

The monthly rent ranges from €405 to €430, depending on the room type. The rent is largely all-inclusive, including gas, water, Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning and waste management. Electricity is charged via an advance payment with a final settlement based on actual consumption.

Rooms are available from 1 September 2026 (availability subject to interim rental).

For the academic year 2026–2027, 3 student rooms are still available in this residence. Due to the prime location in Hasselt city centre, these rooms are usually rented out quickly.
