The accommodation consists of 15 student rooms with shared facilities and offers a pleasant and social living environment. These are ‘Classic’ type rooms with surface areas ranging from 12 m² to 15 m². Each room is practically furnished and includes a bed, wardrobe, and desk, allowing you to study and relax comfortably in your own private space.

In addition to the individual rooms, the building offers several shared facilities that contribute to a pleasant atmosphere among residents. These include a fully equipped communal kitchen, shared sanitary facilities, a cosy TV room where students can relax together, and a rooftop terrace that is perfect to enjoy in good weather. These additional features create a great balance between privacy and social interaction.

The rent ranges between €395 and €410 per month, depending on the room. An all-in formula is applied, meaning that all costs are included: Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning of the common areas, consumption of water, electricity and heating, as well as weekly waste collection.
