Do you want to experience the real student life with a great student ambiance? Then the Arnold Maesstraat might be your match. This student residence is located close by the Dusartplein and educational institutions of PXL, UHasselt and the UCCL. Furthermore, this property offers a large common kitchen space with direct access to the spacious courtyard outside.

This building houses 21 students, spread across 4 floors. Every floor is equipped with a separate toilet and shower room. Some student rooms have their own kitchenette. The room surfaces range from 12 to 15 m2. The price range starts at 385 EUR and can go as high as 410 EUR per month, depending on the room type. This price incorporates a provision for electricity charges. At the end of your tenancy agreement, the actual usage gets compared with the estimated usage which will get summarized in a final settlement. All other expenses, such as cleaning services, gas and water consumption, Wi-Fi, garbage collection, etc. are all included in the monthly rental price.

All rooms are equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk and some book shelves.
