Searching for the most quiet and hidden street of Hasselt? Then the Sterrestraat definitely meets your requirements. This student residence accommodates 12 student rooms and is ideally located to explore the city centre of Hasselt or experience its nightlife. Additionally, this property lies within walking distance of the most important educational institutions and the bus stop on the Dusartplein.

This student accommodation only offers rooms of the type “Classic”. So, this means that all the kitchen and bathroom facilities need to be shared with the fellow students. In addition to the presence of 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens, the main asset of this building is the spacious common courtyard outside in the middle of the city centre. This space is shared with the students of the Arnold Maesstraat 13 and the Sterrestraat 16, offering students a great opportunity to socialize and meet up with each other.

The surface of the rooms varies between 12 and 30 m2. Rental prices range from 340 EUR to 405 EUR per month. This price incorporates a provision for electricity charges. At the end of your contract, the actual usage gets compared with the estimated usage which will get summarized in a final settlement. All other expenses, such as cleaning services, gas and water consumption, Wi-Fi, garbage collection, etc. are all included  in the monthly rental price.

All rooms are equipped with a bed, desk, closet and some book shelves.

Rooms will be available as of the first of September 2024. Please note that the attached list of rooms is subject to availability.
