In this building you will find both rooms with their own shower room, as well as rooms that share all facilities. But due to the small scale of this building, it feels like you are sharing these amenities with your own family members. The surface of the rooms varies from 12 to 30 m2. The prices are between 370 EUR and 470 EUR per month, all inclusive. So all services such as community cleaning and waste disposal as well as all costs ranging from gas, electricity, and water consumption to Wi-Fi, etc. are included in this monthly rental price.

All rooms are equipped with a bed, desk and closet.
