Would you enjoy spending your time as a student in a room featured by high ceilings and impressive mantelpieces, then “Kot19” might interest you. The spacious student rooms have a surface ranging from 15 to 25 m2. These student rooms need to share the bathroom and the kitchen. Furthermore, the kitchen gives access to a cozy city terrace. On the highest floor, you can find a fully equipped and furnished studio back.

Prices for the dorm rooms vary from 405 EUR to 460 EUR per month, depending on the size of the room. The studio, on the contrary, is offered at a price of 645 EUR per month. All charges, including electricity, gas and water consumption, cleaning of the common areas, garbage collection and Wi-Fi are included in this rental price.

All rooms are equipped with a bed, desk and closet.
