Are you a fan of a small-scale student accommodation, located in a quiet, dead-end street? Then the Hovenstraat 10 might be your match. This property, located behind the old prison of Hasselt which has been renovated into the law faculty, consists of 3 dorm rooms and a duplex apartment.

The student rooms have a surface of 12 to 15 m2. These rooms need to share the bathroom as well as the kitchen with all modern facilities. The duplex apartment, on the other hand, is equipped with a small kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and 2 bedrooms. This latter accommodation can easily be rented by 2 brothers and/or sisters or friends who would like to spend their student time together.

The rental prices from the student rooms differ from 390 EUR to 420 EUR per month. The duplex apartment will be offered at a price of 760 EUR per month. As all services and charges are included, you won’t face any unpleasant surprises. Following costs are covered: electricity, gas and water usage, Wi-Fi, garbage collection, cleaning of the common areas and Wi-Fi.

All rooms are equipped with a bed, desk and closet.
